Dr. Angie Cuevas comes from a military family, born at an army base in Germany and raised in Puerto Rico. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Human Biology at the University of Puerto Rico, Bayamon Campus. It was during her undergraduate studies where she found her greatest passions in health and science. She conducted research studies, participated in volunteer work as a tutor and at a Senior Home in Puerto Rico. She was a competitive swimmer all throughout high school and undergraduate school and had planned to continue graduate school in the medical field when she unexpectedly became drawn to the holistic nature of Chiropractic Medicine and its philosophy. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic, where she was a member of various student associations. Along with her passion for chiropractic she has always had a passion for learning. Dr. Cuevas is currently undergoing extensive coursework in the areas of Pediatrics and Functional Medicine.
